Careers
Build the compliance platform that should have existed years ago.
Patient Protect exists because practices with compliance software were still getting breached. The industry was solving the wrong problem — documenting compliance instead of enforcing it. We're building the answer.
U.S.-based roles only
Every Patient Protect role — full-time, part-time, or contract — is performed within the United States by someone residing in the United States and authorized to work here without employer-sponsored immigration benefits. We do not hire, contract, or collaborate with individuals located outside the U.S.
This is a security and integrity requirement, not a comment on talent. The work we do sits inside Business Associate obligations, audit scope, and healthcare data infrastructure, and we've chosen to keep our workforce, our code origination, and our institutional knowledge in a single jurisdiction. That makes us slower in some ways. It makes us defensible in the ones that matter.
We receive steady inbound interest from engineers and consultants overseas, and we read every message. We are not able to engage outside the United States, and we don't expect that to change.
We're not building another compliance vendor. We're creating a new category: compliance enablement. Security-first infrastructure that actually stops breaches — not paperwork that pretends to.
Join a team that believes independent practices deserve enterprise-grade protection.
What we value
This isn't a job. It's a position.
We're a family-founded company with a clear mission: protect independent healthcare practices from the threats that compliance vendors ignore. Every role here matters.
Security is the mission, not a feature
We exist because practices with compliance software were still getting breached. Every role here contributes to closing that gap.
We're creating a new category
Security-first compliance for independent healthcare. We're adding the enforcement layer the market was missing — a different discipline that complements what documentation vendors do well.
Independent practices deserve better
A 5-person dental office faces the same threat landscape as a hospital system. We build for them — the ones everyone else ignores.
Speed with substance
We move fast, but not recklessly. Clinical expertise, healthcare-grade security infrastructure, and enterprise discipline — all at startup pace.
